Does Reducing Remote Work Improve Collaboration? The Touchpoints Team Leaders Need to Change

The collaboration challenges of remote work can be viewed from the perspective of designing touchpoints to solve problems together, rather than merely counting office attendance. Based on an experiment involving 248 customer service employees in Türkiye, this article analyzes the conditions team leaders must apply and the criteria for assessing commuting costs and learning effects.
